“I very nearly talked myself out of it, I had a banging headache after work. Said I'd do 10 mins and see. Full workout complete and my headache is gone 😅🧡”

Rhian C. · June 2026
Express Back + Bi's 15 min

“Did this while my 2 year old napped and my 4 year old played with a hotwheels track next to me. Sometimes you pause the video and come back — that's okay 👍🏻”

Kate B. · July 2026

The real hurdle

the hardest part is the two minutes before

Not the squats. The argument you have with yourself on the landing, kit already on.

I've had it too. Two pregnancies, two rebuilds, no spare hours — and every plan I found assumed I had ninety minutes and a full gym.

So make the doorway small and the argument loses. Ten minutes isn't a compromise, it's the whole strategy. There's no going back, just growing forwards. 🤎

Emily Ricketts

“Instead of seeing myself as 2 weeks behind the plan, I'm seeing it as 4 weeks ahead of where I was.”

Charlotte M. · February 2026

How it works

show up. that's the whole method.

Three rules. Everything in the app obeys them.

Short enough to actually do

10 to 30 minutes, at home

Dumbbells and a band if you have them, bodyweight if you don't. Every move has a lower-load option.

Hard enough to change something

Programmes that progress

Workouts repeat on purpose, so you can add weight or reps and watch it happen.

Kind enough to keep

Nothing resets when you miss

Miss a day, miss a fortnight — you're not behind. Exercise here is a pleasure, not a punishment.

Proof

what showing up actually looks like

Not before-and-afters. Real comments members left under the workouts this year, from Reading to Boston to the Scottish Highlands.

Leg Day BurnDay 14 of 14

“The difference between day 1 stamina and day 14 stamina is so noticeable. Bulgarian split squats didn't kill me off and I added 2 extra reps per set too.”

Hannah P. · June 2026
Show Up Shoulders20 min

“For so long I avoided weights because of an old shoulder injury. I put my ego aside and started with what I could truly handle — and I've built strength, endurance and confidence over the past several months.”

Jessica N. · June 2026

“I only had 30 minutes of energy left in me, I couldn't give any more. You've made these workouts achievable and realistic 😊”

Express Glutes15 min

“More confidence with the movements has let me up my weights from 6 to 10kg on some exercises without compromising my form. Loving the progress journey!”

The bit nobody can copy

when I say direct access, I mean I'm in there answering

A workout you're unsure about is a workout you'll skip. So ask me. Three real exchanges from this year:

Legs In 20

“I have occipital neuralgia and glute bridges aggravate it — I think it's the strain on my neck when lying on the floor. Is there an alternative?”

Hannah P. · 8 June 2026

EM Em replied, same day

“No worries! You can just elevate your shoulders so you're in the Hip Thrust position for any Glute Bridge movements 😊 x”

Express Glutes

“When I do sumo squats my knees want to go inwards. Is that a form problem, or a weakness in my glutes I need to build?”

Charlotte M. · 12 March 2026

EM Em replied, next morning

“A little of both — focus on driving through your heels and pushing your knees out on the way up. Also check your footwear: something flat and stable, as running or fashion trainers can tip you forwards x”

Core Crusher

“Trying to remember that even though I'm slightly behind plan, I still feel better for showing up as much as I can.”

Charlotte M. · 21 January 2026

EM Em replied, next day

“Charlotte you are NOT behind, you are right on time for your journey. Reminding yourself each day is an opportunity to show up and reset — you've got this!!”

Before you join

the questions I get asked most

What equipment do I need?

A pair of dumbbells and a resistance band covers almost everything. No kit? Start with bodyweight — plenty of members do, and every workout has a lower-load option.

I'm postpartum. Is this safe, and when can I start?

Restore and Restore Core are the postpartum programmes, designed to be safe from 6+ weeks and co-created with Clare Bourne, a consultant pelvic and digestive health physiotherapist. They include C-section-friendly swaps and gentler core work. Start there rather than a challenge, and get your GP or physio's clearance first. Three years postpartum still counts.

I'm not a mum. Is it still for me?

Yes. Members are training before trying for a baby, coming back from old injuries, and squeezing sessions in at 5am before work. Short, progressive strength training works for anyone short on time.

I'm a complete beginner. Will I be lost?

No. Every workout is follow-along in real time — I demo each move and cue you through it. Start with Sculpt In 7 or Fall Back Into Fitness, scale the weights back as much as you need, and ask me in the comments.

What happens in the free 7-day Show Up Reset?

Seven short workouts, one a day, already scheduled — nothing to plan. You get the full library too. The fastest way to find out whether ten minutes feels like enough.

How much time do I really need?

Ten minutes on a bad day, thirty on a good one. Most members average three to four sessions a week.

Can I cancel?

Any time, in two taps from your account — including during the free trial. Cancel in the trial and you won't be charged at all.

Is this a weight-loss programme?

No. No scale targets, no bouncing back. This is about getting genuinely stronger and feeling like yourself again — healthy, happy and STRONG, which looks different on everybody.
